Description
DESCRIPTION
A single coil immersion chiller that enables quick cooling of all kinds of liquids. Its specially designed shape enables uniform cooling of wort and rapid reduction of temperature from 80°C to 30°C within even 15 minutes. The chiller is made of stainless steel, which facilitates keeping it clean and ensures long lasting use.
How to use:
Put the chiller into a hot liquid. Fix the hose with 10 mm diameter on both ends of the chiller. Connect one end of the hose to a source of cold water and place the other end near the drain. Make sure that the hose is fixed well and open the cold water valve. Afterwards, keep checking the temperature to achieve the desired one. You can use the chiller to cool down: - beer wort (cooling down to the temperature of 27°C – the best one for yeast – takes 15/20 minutes*). Shortening the time of wort cooling from several hours to less than 20 minutes eliminates the hazard of it becoming contaminated – it is a very significant and critical step in beer brewing. - mash, e.g. potato mash (quick cooling enables adding yeast and enzymes – takes 30 minutes*) - milk (after pasteurisation, from the temperature of 74°C – takes 10 minutes*) *The durations specified are approximate and may differ depending on flow conditions: water temperature and pressure.
